Roomba is a series of robotic vacuum cleaners developed by iRobot. It uses a variety of sensors and motors to mill around, avoid obstacles, avoid steep drops, and detect dirty spots on the floor. It has two independently powered wheels that allow for quick and precise 360 degree turns. There have been at a couple new versions of Roomba since its initial start in 2002.
